The primary duty of this position is conducting civil and criminal investigations of individuals and labor organizations that have or may violate provisions of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (LMRDA). The incumbent will plan, direct, and conduct compliance and enforcement activities within an assigned geographic area. This position is inside the bargaining unit.
