With ambitious growth plans and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture, they offer an environment where individuals can make a genuine impact and develop alongside the business.In this role, you will act as a key quality specialist, supporting supplier quality management, inspection activities, product evaluations, complaint investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives across a diverse portfolio of consumer products. You’ll work closely with overseas suppliers, quality partners, sourcing teams, purchasing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure products consistently meet quality expectations throughout the manufacturing and supply chain process.The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of post-graduate experience within Quality Control, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Quality Assurance, or a related quality function within consumer products, cosmetics, personal care, medical devices, OTC products, consumer healthcare, or other manufacturing environments. You’ll be analytical, proactive, and eager to broaden your experience across multiple areas of quality while developing your career within a growing organisation.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving quality issues, working with suppliers, and driving product improvements, but feels limited by a narrow quality remit.
