EPR Reporting Deadlines Across 3 States

Roundtables are small, curated conversations built around a single compliance challenge. Here's what to expect before, during, and after you request a seat.
Every roundtable operates under a simple rule: we don't share specifics, names, or company details back out. Before you join a session, you'll agree to a short confidentiality agreement — it's required to sign up, no exceptions.
Roundtables are for candid problem-solving, not promotion — but you'll get a dedicated opportunity to showcase your company and expertise publicly at the Annual Gathering.
Each cycle, we open 5–10 roundtable topics for sign-up. Pick up to three that matter most to you — or tell us what's missing and we'll consider it for a future table.
Select up to 3 topics per sign-up cycle.
Every roundtable shows its seats filling in real time. Once we launch the member portal, you'll be able to see the mix of roles, company types, and industries represented at the table — and eventually, avatars for who's already seated.

If a topic catches your eye but you're not ready to sign up for the table, click I'm interested. We use that signal to gauge demand for each topic — and it helps us decide what deserves a repeat roundtable or a session at the Annual Gathering.
Clicking "I'm interested" flags demand for a topic without putting your name on the roster.
Tables with strong interest get a flame icon and float higher in the topic list.
Hot topics may return as a repeat roundtable, or become a session or workshop at the Annual Gathering.
This is a preview of how sign-ups will work. Join the interest list now, and we'll notify you the moment tables open for your topics.
