Product Quality & Technical Specialist
As the Product Quality & Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for training, guiding, and supporting our logistics partner in daily operations while ensuring the company’s processes and quality standards are consistently followed.
We are looking for a practical, self-driven professional who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen.
Your responsibilities include:
Training and coaching 3PL logistics partner’s personnel on local processes and work instructionsMonitoring local process compliance and identifying improvement opportunitiesSupporting daily troubleshooting and operational problem-solvingActing as the primary contact person for operational and quality-related topics at the North America Distribution Center (NAM DC)Owning and maintaining local tools, equipment, and work instructionsCollaborating closely with global teams to resolve issues and improve performance
You will serve as the local expert for:
The company’s product portfolioProduct kitting and configuration in a 3PL warehouse settingInbound quality controlProduct returns inspection and evaluationProduct change managementProduct quality cases and investigations
Key Qualifications
Proactive, entrepreneurial, and hands-on “can-do” mindsetIndependent problem solver with strong ownership and follow-throughMechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools, hardware, and assembliesAbility to learn new products, processes, and technologies quicklyComfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing prioritiesEnergetic team player with a continuous improvement mindsetRelevant technical education (Associate Degree or equivalent preferred)Training, coaching, or leadership experience is a plusManufacturing, assembly, repair, or distribution experience preferredWillingness to travel to the company’s headquarters in Finland, for approximately two weeks of onboarding, training, and product knowledge information. Current / Active / Valid passport is HIGHLY preferred

Additional Requirements
