The Senior Compliance Coordinator is responsible for executing day-to-day compliance activities for assigned markets. This role ensures properties meet regulatory requirements and that documentation, licensing, and renewals are completed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role critical to maintaining regulatory standing.

Apply for city and county licenses and permitsTrack renewals, deadlines, and compliance requirementsMaintain accurate compliance documentation and systemsResearch and document local regulations and ordinancesCoordinate with Sales, Operations and Market teams to resolve compliance gapsSupport audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiriesSupport continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing program performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process optimizationsRemain current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the roleContribute to a collaborative work environment that promotes open communication, innovation, and employee engagementFlag compliance risks and escalate issues appropriatelyAssist with onboarding new properties and marketsSupport larger compliance initiatives during peak periodsOther duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications

Experience working in hospitality, vacation rental or similar industryBasic understanding of permitting and regulationsExperience in filling out numerous applications a dayAbility to adapt quickly to change and deliver results in highly ambiguous environmentsExcellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills3–5+ years of compliance, regulatory, or administrative experienceStrong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workComfortable working across systems and documentationAttention to detailTech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications; comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software systems.Comfortable talking to people and being able to share complex information in a way that is clear, thoughtful, and easy to understand
