The incumbent serves as the Compliance and Enforcement Operations Manager for the Agricultural Marketing Service’s (AMS) National Organic Program’s (NOP) Compliance and Enforcement Division. The manager supervises a team of NOP compliance and enforcement specialists that review and investigate violations of the USDA organic regulations.
